User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe live on Fort Stewart, and the soldiers here will drive to Savannah or Jacksonville before using this dealership. I wish I had listened to them!Personally, they have been almost to the point of harassing. Last month I did request / receive an internet quote. This was followed up with a very quick 8 am phone call. It felt like it was a huge bother for him to call me, his attitude was less than helpful and more of "ok lady let's sell you a car, hurry up". After I declined his offer and explained fully why I was doing so, I started getting daily phone calls asking me to come test drive, get a VIP sales meeting (complete with conf. #) and so on.
I did meet a very nice sales associate named Brandon while just popping in to see a specific car up close before I decided which to investigate further and get quotes on, but he's been my only positive experience so far with this office.

I amnot sure why but we seam to go though about 4 cars a years. we have went to hineville ford a couple of times, but always the same thing,... RUDE!!! and very bad deals, and you dont find out just how bad until the close. both times we walked out disapointed and without a car. just save your time and your mind, if you want to go to ford I would go to JC Lewis in Savannah!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would buy somewhere else. And I did!! TWICE!!!: I have never been able to work a deal with this car dealer. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the sale manager after recieiving my price quote and he would not even speak with me. I did overhear him telling his sales rep that he already told us our &*^%$ price once. I felt like he owed the customer a little hand shake and what can we do to get you to buy this vehicle treatment. END OF STORY Lilliston in Darien is a MUCH better dealer. Owner called me himself and closed my deal in person. SERVICE
