    I would highly recommend Jan for any home staging project. I have used her services on two different occassions. Both of my properties sold within in a couple of weeks, amazing given the current market conditions. She is professional and personable and great at understanding your needs. she really cares about doing a good job and making sure her clients are satisfied. From furniture placement to artwork Jan makes sure the staging project is complete and well-done. Thanks Jan!

    I hired Jan Lawrence of Home Stage Coach to stage my house in Pradera. My hope was that I could attract a quality rental tenant. I was prepared to leave the house staged for up to six months, but it wasn't necessary. I found a very good tenant within the first month of Jan's staging efforts. She was very professional, had great ideas, and gave the house a warm, inviting feel. I also ended up with hundreds of photos (compliments of Jan) that will be very helpful for marketing purposes when the time comes to put the house back on the sales market.

    Jan is an expert in her field. She takes time to truly get to know you and your property. She is very professional, kind, and fairly priced. Her work is remarkable, her staging truly makes all the difference in selling your home!
