We had the best seats in the top row.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWent to see Star Trek in Imax here and was very dissapointed.. Paid $24 for tickets and $12 for a crappy dried up pretzel (Mt. Dew was only bonus)
At no point in the process of getting our tickets or lining up to get in did anyone bother to mention that the Air Conditioning on that floor was not working. Nothing like feeling like you were going to puke the whole time because there are 150+ people in a 3pm matinee on a hot florida afternoon.
You get the picture.. Lack of organization and comunication.. At least a yr ago when we went to AMC Brandon one Sunday afternoon they were telling everyone at the box office that there was no shows of Spiderman because there was no power to the back half of the Building's ac units, the only movies playing were the 8 old non-stadiums up front.
I give AMC the credit of telling everone up front, and as far as not showing any movies at all on an opening weekend that was another BRANDON 20 Mistake.

: If you were not happy, why did you not simply get up and leave? I'm sure your price of admission would have been graciously refunded. Who else but yourself can you blame if you paid twelve dollars for a pretzel? I would not have paid that price and even if I did, I would have returned it if I felt it was of substandard quailty.
