I visited the Dallas Colon Therapy clinic recently. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
I should have known there would be problems, as the phone number listed is a cell phone. You wait days for a response, and that is if you get a call back.
This was my first colonic and didn't know what to expect, after my experience, I said I would never do one again. Then I went to other websites, and I now know they don't what the other clinics do. There was no one in the room with me, they use outdated equipment, and they are unprofessional with returning calls. I'm glad I didn't pay full price, but I will seek another clinic, as I believe in alternative health care.
TERRIBLE!!!! I do not recommend. Spend more money at another business.
Great customer service from all staff. I would definelty recommend this business to family and friends. Its unfortunate for businesses how customers think they shouldnt follow rules/guidelines and give negative reviews due to their SCREW UPS!! We need to hold ourselves accountable for our mishaps and not get upset at businesses.
Terrible service! I had a groupon voucher and it was two days expired and she would not honor the voucher at a later time, not even for my birthday!! A few months prior, I had purchased a groupon for colon hydrotherapy. I waited outside her door for ten minutes and no one came to the door. As I started to leave, my phone rang saying she was with a client. Why didn't she put a sign on the door explaining to wait? When I finally got to the table, she put me on the oldest colonic table I have ever seen! The type of table made me sit up and the tube insertion felt too deep. When I questioned her she said "it should be fine. Most people like this table." She has poor customer relation service.
Their is a reason an expiry date is put on certificates/vouchers, etc.I'm sure the expration date was six months to a year out. If you wasnt happy with how the table looked and the service, you could have easily left her premises. Also if you were not satisfied with the service why would you try to use your EXPIRED groupons to schedule another appointment?? This is just my opinion.
