   Repsonsive, efficient, nice: Saw their listing and am sharing my experience with them. They were hired by my company after our primary tech left without any notice. OnDeckTech showed up immediately and even though our boss didn't give them much of a budget, and they were not given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with our systems, they got us up and running quickly, helped new employees get started.
   
   I also know they have helped a number of people at home with both Macs and PCs, as consultants they've been 100% reliable. This is much better than my own experience with Geeksquad for at home work (way too expensive, not very responsive, nice brand though), and these Apple consultants are also better than the company we were using before them at our office. The consultants they send over typically have years of experience with Apple technology, have no trouble fixing our Xserve, OS X server, or workstations. One consultant they sent over had worked for Apple for more than 4 years. They also have a 24/7 help desk service we use sometimes.
   
   I hope my company keeps using them, I recommend them to home or business for Mac Consulting.
