Loved the Class. Will definitly continue to take classes. The Qigong was great for learning the breathing techniques and the actual movements. I was able to use Qigong after a very long road trip and was very stiff and sore. It helped release the tension in my body. YEAH!!!

Can't wait to take the March 10 class !!: The instructer, Bob S. is very good ! I was inpressed with the class he had at the Food Co Oop in Mt Vernon ! He is easy to learn from, and very kind ! I look forward to continue my life with Qigong in it !! Francie
