At fifty one years old and recovering from some serious back surgery (including a double spinal fusion), I cannot imagine a better instructor for my introduction to yoga. I wish I had tried yoga a long time ago.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsthankful community: We are so greatful to have the Yoga Loft in the Sonora Community. Yesturday's class was fully fullfilling; my phsical body strengthened and spirit uplifted. And I have to say I just LOVE Cherie, she is so joyful, knowledgable, and fun. She brings ease to the challenges with her playful spirit.
I am honored to beable to begin "Temple of Dance" Sunday mornings where we can honor our body temples and boogie down freely. Thanks to the Yoga Loft there is more oppurtunities for uplifting the Sonora Community....come dance and play and do yoga with us!~noella
