Bias has a great russian-italian fusion thing going on. The interior is homey and intimate. Order something you've never heard of! I love the Yogurt Chicken dish. They also have good wine and offer a great specials. The bread is amazing. Everytime I've been there it's been extremely understaffed. I've noticed one or two waitresses serving all of the tables and making all of the drinks w/out a bartender. Sometimes a bit slow, but an overall great experience!

Just fine and delicious. Like be at home.: An environment very familiar, candles, lights and seats close to the windows makes the place a very quiet restaurant to go, good music acompanied with a good wine makes enjoyable every night, and the attention, nothing to say, just very comfortable place.

they have gone down hill...: this restaurant use to be called Zare and was a wonderful spot for dinners and brunches...the last couple of times I went there the service was terrible...too bad this place has gone down hill so fast; the back patio is very nice.
