He will go the extra mile to satisfy his customer. He did a great job on my car. I'm very happy with the results. I came to this shop as a client and left as a friend. Got my car in a timely manner, the work is perfect. All the 5 stars rating in Yahoo and Yelp are for real. You'll be amaze with the quality of work, guaranteed! Concord Auto Body & Paint has a 5 star rating for a good reason. At first i was a bit skeptical about taking my car to a place that ONLY has 5 star ratings. i was thinking the reviews were mostly biased or something, but after being quoted $1300-$2000 on a frame repair job at other body shops, i decided to at least check this place out. when i arrived, the man at the front desk, Hash, was very cheerful and friendly. Which right away, is more than i can say for the other body shops i went to. i explained to him the job i needed done and he came outside to check out the damage on my car. right away he let me know that the job was not something worth fixing and that the car was driveable in its current shape. i responded that the repairs were worth fixing to me and asked how much he would charge. he told me that the repairs would cost $500 at a minimum. that was less than HALF of what the lowest estimate i had received! i dropped my car off the next day and he wrote me up a written quote of the repairs for exactly $500. not a penny more and we agreed that if there were any parts needed for the repair, that he would call me before proceeding. "Before i buy a one dollar part, i'll call you, ok?" he said to me before i left my car. a day and a half later, he calls me up and lets me know my car is finished and no extra parts were needed since it was mainly a frame straightening process with the only charge being to the labor. i'll admit i was nervous when going to pick up my car, thinking maybe the cheap price was due to cheap work, but when i went to go check out my car i was relieved to see the repairs were PERFECT. my car was 100% fixed. He had even painted the area to "make it look pretty" (as Hash put it) even though it wasnt part of the job description. he let me know that there were some special Honda bolts needed for the job that were missing, but since he had worked on honda's previously, he just threw them in for free also. All that for the exact price we had decided on in the beginning. no secret fees or taxes. nothing. just $500. i was VERY pleased with the service i received at Concord Auto Body & Paint, and i DEFINITELY recommend that anyone in the bay area go there for any type of body work needed. i GUARANTEE you will be pleased with the price. if i ever need anything else i will surely be going to Concord Auto Body & Paint again.
