Mosites, Catherine LMT - Breath of Fresh Air MN

The BEST on the planet!: I have been to a handful of massage therapists over the years and Catherine Mosites' technique and ability is light years beyond anything I have ever experienced elsewhere. She has an uncanny ability to tune in to a person's body and identify trouble spots. Not only does she find the problem areas, she fixes them as well! I ALWAYS feel improvement when I leave a session with Catherine. She has worked on my aching muscles and other issues over the past several months (in addition to sore shoulder/back/neck muscles, Catherine has treated me for digestive issues, a shoulder that "pops", pain in my hips/spine, lymph drainage, and more). One of the many qualities I love about Catherine is that she has been trained, certified, and licensed in several different bodywork modalities and she integrates different therapies in the same session, if needed and desired by the patient. My husband sees her strictly for massage work, which is all he wants, but I appreciate her wholistic, integrative approach to whatever problem my body is experiencing. She is the first therapist I have known who is able to "talk" to my body and work with it to effect my healing. I LOVE HER! (And I drive all the way from western Minnetonka to have a session with her.) Catherine is also incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She is by far the BEST on the planet!

Kate is just the best!: My visit was quite the event. Kate's pressure and caring attitude make for a very rewarding experience. My health has improved dramatically since I have been going to see her. Her warmth, Knowledge and caring attitude are what I think ssets her apart from all the rest. I would not think of going anywhere else.
