I go there about once a week and have tried everything from bbq brisket, ribs, crabs stuffed flounder and everything is great. The catfish is the best in town. The staff is always friendly and I have taken my friends along with me and they love it as well.
I went to Texas Grill on a Friday evening with a large group from work. The waitresses were obviously new, which I am forgiving on. But the owner is a another issue completely. Extremely rude. When I received by bill for one appetizer (7.95) and ice tea (1.50ish), the bill total of over $18.00. When I advised the waitress of the error, the owner came over and said in a very loud and rude voice, "Who has a problem with their bill because it is RIGHT!" Of course it wasn't, but no apology for anything. She also advised us that the prices on the menu were not necessarily correct, but we were charged for the higher "correct" rate. While the food wasn't bad, I will never give this woman my business. She also referred to certain folks in our group as being ghetto. Everyone present were professional business woman who've worked with the same corporation for many years. When asked why she did not at least apologize for the error on the bills, she told one in our party, "I don't kiss anyone's ass." Nice. She doesn't need my business and she won't get it. I will be sure to tell all of my friends, neighbors, strangers about this woman's idea of customer service.

Welcome to the Killeen atmoshpere..... I moved to Killeen over 4 years ago and never in my life had I experienced the rudeness and absolute inconsiderance as I experience with the people of Killeen. My advice to anyone would be to drive down Veterans Memorial Blvd. and don't stop til you tunr off of it, every place on that street is the same way. Except the Mexican resturaunt painted orange, they work for their business.
