User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNow known as the Scoop - they should have remamed it THE DUMP. The Food was horrendous. The Cook and wait staff did not have a clue about anything no less a food business. We were given only a portion of the special we ordered. It was badly overcooked and we were charged full price. Avoid at all costs.
