When we arrived we were told that the hotel offered free shuttle service within one mile radiance and pick up. We were dropped off at local shopping center (w/i 1 mile) and was asked to pay. When we called to be picked up they refused. In the morning, we went to the restaurant for coffee and the employees were scatter brained when taking our orders. Other patrons were complaining of not being waited on. At the front desk, when checking out, other guests were complaining of not getting all the amenities they requested when booking the room online. Yes, the hotel is beautiful and the location is prime, but for the money we paid, we would expect better service!
