We had a terrible experience at Shout. A group of us were in Atlanta for a Bachelorette party and had been to Twist the night before. We had an awesome time there and the food was excellent. So we decided to go to Shout the next night. Can you say TERRIBLE and completely nothing like Twist. We had a 9:00 reservation and were not seated until 9:30, we only were given two menus for 6 people to share because they were out of menus, our beverages took over 20 minutes to arrive, our appetizer breads arrived cold and late, our food was very late arriving only after we asked for a manager, (a table of 10 seated 30 minutes after us was served food before we were) the manager then took 30 minutes to come to our table, and then we were offered a round of shots to make up for the problems (we declined of course)! UNBELIEVABLE! We will never go back to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone else.
Too bad other people had 'horrible' experiences, but I had a blast. Met there with friends, ate the best pizza in the world, danced, had a ball. We went on a Thursday evening and were hanging out upstairs. They played a mix of old school R&B and everyone was just relaxing. Well dressed successful men & women, and the bathrooms were clean w/ an attendant. I will definitely go again... Great views of downtown. A+
This has to take the cake for the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life!!! The waiter Ricky, who was already questionable, had this extremely snappy attitude. The service was ridiculous & slow. They're unclear about their reservation information. If you make reservations & everyone doesn't show, you have to pay $50 per person (for that person not there) In other words, we didn't even need a reservation. Our food was either overcooked, under cooked, too cold or had objects in it. They were constantly messing up the drink orders. Two of the people in our party didnt even get their food until like 10 minutes AFTER we got the tab. Then, we were there for a birthday, and they didn't like the candles for the cake, jus wrapped it up to go like they were kickin us out & they weren't even closing yet. Last but certainly not least, those restrooms....... small, crowded, smelled horrible, weren't cleaned & looked as if they hadn't been cleaned since opening & we were there around 10pm. There was water & tissue all over the floor, unflushed toilets, water all over the sinks, full trash cans & it was to the point there was tissue coming out of the restrooms. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! Trust me, you're not missing a thing!!
