Its been 2 years since I stepped into Pazo. From what I remembered the tappas were great, decor impressive, and service spectacular. Last night I had an opportunity to stop back in. While the decor seemed like it hadn't changed much I still thought the place looked great. Customer service had also remained top notch though the food was far from impressive. Our first course of tappas included small, gritty scallops and bruscetta that resembled a mound of caramilized onion (shallot) with a tiny piece of goat cheese, both entrees were soaking in oil/butter (salmon & tuna), and for desert we received creme brulle covered in cold sugar as thick as a dual pane window. I was really surprised how down hill the food has gotten. The owner's attention must be totally focused on opening new restaurants and wine shops that they have forgotten the importance of the food at their existing establishments.

I enjoyed my experience at Pazo's this evening. I dined with some very special and influential people and we all enjoyed ourselves. It was very cozy but spacious at the same time. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and I will definitely go again. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing, has Zen (like)feel. And above everything the conversation was amazing, the essence of its concept.

I hate this place. The decor was wonderful but the manager was snotty, all of the Cindy Wolfe properties are. Maybe they don't like a certain Kind of ppt. if you Know what I mean.
