    We dine several times a year at The Capital Grille. We had received a gift certificate for Flemings and have to say that the service we received there surpassed the Capital Grille. The food was wonderful and we could not have had a nicer experience. My husband did have to send his steak back to be cooked to med/rare. To our surprise, when it was brought back it was brought by the chef himself, followed by the manager and our server. They had cooked another steak to med/rare and also replaced all the sides. They apologized for the error and then waited until he pronounced his satisfaction with the steak before leaving our table. To top that off, later on when we ordered dessert it was pronounced on the house for the inconvenience we experienced. Top notch!!!

    IWe had a very disappointing dinner at Flemings. We ate at Flemings last year and we were raving about our prime rib dinner. This time we found the meat not flavorful and the shrimp dinner was dry and overly spicy. The vegetables were good. The salad mediocre and the deserts were very
    good. The appetizer lacked imagination and was very sparse.The service was excellent.

    It doesn't get any better than this!!: Excellent, excellent service. Elegant steakhouse decor. Great drinks. And as soon as your knife hits the steak, you'll know.............this is going to be something special. And it is. Best steakhouse experience I've EVER had. I can't wait to go back. You'll feel like royalty and eat and drink like it too!! AND over 100 different wines by the glass! GO!!!
