User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I bought our car from Empower in February 2009 after careful consideration and looking at many different cars. I spoke to Andy by phone first about getting our older BMW serviced by him, and was impressed by the time he spent with me on the phone and his knowledge. Andy's price was fair. Since that time, he has serviced the car a few times, and gives you a final price that is usually a little less than his original quote, not more! How often does that happen? He treats the car like it's his own! He takes good care of the car and us! He goes out of his way to make sure we are happy! I can't tell you! He is fantastic!! In addition, his lot, his shop and the office are clean and comfortable. It's a pleasure to go there, and everyone is very kind and considerate. We trust Andy and his knowledge of BMWs, and that is such an unusual thing in not only a mechanic, but a used car dealer! We would encourage anyone looking for a place to service their car, or looking for a used car to stop by or contact Empower and see what they can do for you. I don't think you'll be disappointed! They really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWas referred to Andy at MPower a year and a half ago and I'll never go anywhere else. Amazing customer service and wonderful work. Once they even charged me less than what was originally quoted because the labor took less time than they had thought!!! When does that ever happen?! They are very ethical and their prices are very reasonable (believe me, I shopped around). I STRONGLY suggest that you call them and find out for yourself how great they are.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsultra fast response and very detailed service. I would recommend MPower BMW the best place to go. I had to replace micro filters in my car. Spoke with Andy - the best person to reach out to. He was very polite and spending time with you to explain the details.
