   Excellent Exotic Car Rentals & Luxury Car Rentals: This past week I needed to drive to Washington DC for a business trip. I wanted to be able to pull up with a very nice car in the hopes of impressing my clients. This was a very last minute trip and when I called there store I spoke with a very nice woman named Marcy, she told me they just got a brand new Lexus LS460 in and that is was available. They offered to deliver the vehicle to my office but as I was in a rush to get on the road before traffic got to bad I just got in a cab and went to thier office. They gave me perfect directions to get there, was a very short ride and everyone was very nice when i arrived at there office. The car they gave me actually was BRAND NEW, not a scratch on it and it only had about 100 miles on it. I was very pleased with the entire transaction. I think everyone should just pick there car up so they can have a chance to meet the girls in the front office. Ann and Marcy were wonderful and a really great help to me. I will be sending everyone I know there, and I will make sure I use them every time i have a need for a car.

   Best Hummer Rental company in New York: This weekend I had to fly into New York's JFK airport to attend a trade show, I flew in from California and was very tired after working most of the day and then flying to New York. I had arranged for a Hummer H2 to be delivered to the airport for me. As soon as I walked out of the terminal in the passenger pick up area I saw my vehicle. The agent for the company was standing out front of the Hummer and when he saw me he walked to the back, loaded my bags and walked around the truck with me. When i got inside he informed that he had taken the liberty to program the Navigation System with the address of the hotel I was staying in. I think the entire process took all of ten minutes and I was driving out of the airport. When I was leaving the city there agent was waiting for me on the curb at passenger drop off, he took my bags from the back of the truck, walked around the vehicle and wished me a safe flight and he was gone. I have to say this was the BEST rental experience i have ever had with any company. On my next trip to NYC I already know who I will call for my vehicle, Image Rent A Car.

   Best Place to Rent A Car in NYC: Searching for a car rental in New York recently brought me back to a company I had not used in a while. My usual car renting partners are Enterprise and Dollar, and I won't normally switch to another company unless a good deal catches my eye or some other compelling reason convinces me to switch. This was the case over Thanksgiving Day weekend when I needed a one- way car rental and quickly discovered that most car rental companies in my area did not offer them. But one company did and it earned my business. That company is.
   
   I rented a Toyota Avalon from Image rent a car and dropped the car at MacArthur ISP Airport in Long Island New York ( that's one hour away) at no additional charge.
   
   Image Car Rental is a service I have used on and off again for the past 15 years. In the old days, I was a frequent user of Image Car Rental but my usage slacked when I started to discover the cheaper prices offered at Enterprise Rent a Car and the economic advantages of renting from companies like Avis and Alamo where I had access to a corporate account with special rates. My attention moved away from National Car Rental for many years and I did not know when, if ever, I would think about using this company again.
   
   My customer service experience with Image was a good one and I was especially impressed by the helpfulness of one specific Image staff member ( Ann Howland). I went to the counter and presented my e-mail confirmation printout to the rep. She looked it over, asked for my driver's license and credit card, and asked what make of car I would like. She then gave me the lot location and sent me on my way. By accident, I walked over to an area where I thought I would find the cars. I could see the red Image Car Rental sign and assumed I was headed in the right direction. Once I got there, I realized that this was the wrong place- it was a service area for the rental cars. Before I could turn around and head back, a guy working at this service lot noticed that I looked confused/frustrated and he asked me what I was looking for. I told him and without hesitation he asked me to get into a car so that he could drive me to the actual lot and I could avoid the long walk back. He drove me right up next to the car I was renting, greatly exceeding my expectations for customer service and earning Image Car Rental some bonus points- points that could easily convince me to use them again in the future.
   
   
   More and more great experience of my own with Image Car Rental which I will post in a later time.
