User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove HIP! I've been a client for about 12 years. Jimmy & Michele are my preferred stylists and Nick is wonderful for color. On occasion, I have seen other stylists and colorists; they are all wonderful and talented. The front desk is very friendly and I love the courtesy reminders (very helpful when you book in advance). Although the prices may be a bit steep, espcially in this economy, you get what you pay for. A customer can easily spend $45 for a crap hair cut then another $45 to fix it. At HIP you can spend $50-$75 average and get a top notch cut/style. Maybe some kinda of loyalty program/incentives would be nice, hint hint.

I moved to the suburbs a few years ago and went to several high-end salons looking for a great hair cut....Thankfully I finally found Michelle! I always leave looking very young and fresh! She is very talented and truly knows style. She doesn't just give the popular trendy cuts, she knows how to do the classics too. She actually listens to you and I feel like she really cares what you look like. She also has a good personality and is fun to talk to. I will never go anywhere else because it would be a waste of time and money!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFirst went to Hip salon in August of 2008. Decided to get my hair colored and cut there. Hip was recommended by a coworker. Really like the new me, makes me look and feel 10 years younger. Love this place thanks girls!
