Well for those complaints, I bet you've never worked in the food business to see how demanding and unsympathetic customers can be today. They may have lost your business but you're missing out on some good, quality food. They probably don't care for your business if your attitudes are this way.
*I totally recommend the salad pizza, you can't get it anywhere else!*
The manager with picture on the website is a jerk.
He doesn't know how to treat a customer.
I live in the apartments next to the complex but have never been to that place for a while because of that stupid manager.
The one I am talking about is tall one on the http://paisanos22.com/.
He should take some lessons about customer relationship.
I will suggest everyone to DO NOT CALL THE MANAGER if you do not want yourself to be humiliated in front of not only your family but also all the other guests in the restaurant.
I am sure he has lost a lot business from me just because of that 1 incident!!!
I always liked going to this place because it's good for kids, but after yesterday, I'll never set foot there again. They advertised a certain price for one of their menu items, but when I got the bill, the price was higher. I asked the waiter about it and he said that he couldn't change it, but that I should talk to the manager. I went to the manager to inquire about the difference, but he was extremely rude and told me that the price had been raised for over a year (should I have known that? This was only my second time in the restaurant in six months). They hadn't changed their menu because they had to use up the ones they had already printed. Apparently, the waiter was supposed to mention this change in price to me while I was ordering, but he had neglected to. The manager came over to me in a very combative way and told me to call the Better Business Bureau if I wanted to complain. In front of my children, he insulted me and claimed that he would have given me the lower price if I hadn't "flipped out" (I hadn't). All this was over 50 cents. This man lost my business because of 50 cents. Mind you, I know it wasn't a huge amount, but it was the principle. If you go there, don't question or piss off the manager. He'll give you a hard time.
