Simply amazing food! Excellent value (not cheap but worth the price). Great breakfast, brunch and dinner. Thomas Keller wouldn't put his name on the door if it wasn't up to par. I believe this is his first establishment outside of Napa, and I think its a hit.
Great food this way of French Laundry: Bouchon is a nice bistro respite from some of the fantastically overpriced meals at other resorts (read: Wynn). Make no mistake, Bouchon isn't cheap, but Keller's high-caliber attention to food quality and service make for a fantastic evening. Oyster bar is well stocked with some smaller farms up in Washington in addition to the mainstays you'd expect from the Northern California beds. Had mushroom salad with truffle oil, and monkfish, which were both very well prepared. Frites are regarded as some of the best in the country -- and the reputation is well deserved. Highly recommended for breakfast too if you can't make dinner.
this is a 5-star kind of place but only $25-35: This place won 4 Epicurean Awards on one night. When I read this, it blew me away and I had to go there. It is in a unique Belle Epoque design. My personal favorite is French food, so I knew I'd like it. It's a nice change from all the noise and buffets.
