About:Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. The exquisite decor is the perfect setting for Bouchon's culinary delights. Chef Cerciello rediscovers the classics, using historical reference points and classic French techniques, combined with a modern approach. The menu offers classic bistro dishes including steak frites, roasted chicken, quiche, brandade, boudin noir, pot de creme and profiteroles. The selection of fruits de mer is celebrated as one of the finest in Las Vegas. The seasonal menu changes throughout the year and is enhanced by a blackboard menu featuring the best products available each day. Flawlessly executed in every aspect, Bouchon delights both the palate and the eye.

Great atmosphere. Some food was very good, some wasn't so great. The tropical fruit salad was a joke - some pineapple and melon minced up and put in a fancy little cup for $7. The Lyonnaise potatoes that came with the eggs were excellent, and were the highlight of the meal. The french toast would have been good, but one of the chefs must have dropped an extra spoon of salt into it. Plan on spending about $20 per person for breakfast - it's not worth it. You will leave hungry. Someone else mentioned IHOP. Yes, I've had better breakfasts in IHOP!

We ate from the little Bouchon stand by the elevators for the Venetian Suites. I expected that after spending ten bucks for a chocolate croissante and an iced coconut latte, it would be outstanding. It was. The chocolate was thick and real, not a drizzle, in perfectly flaking pastries (similar to what I had in France and have not often had since). The coffee was delicious.

Simply amazing food! Excellent value (not cheap but worth the price). Great breakfast, brunch and dinner. Thomas Keller wouldn't put his name on the door if it wasn't up to par. I believe this is his first establishment in trendy Vegas, and I think its a hit.
[Edit] I just wanted to add, Robert the day mangaer and Jerry night manager, are both great! They make sure your experience there is as good as can be. If something isn't right, they make it so (however everything has been perfect each time we've gone, more then 10 times). A great great place to eat and have a great time. Looking forward to Bouchon Beverly Hills!
