Vault is by all means the best place to eat in town. And its not just a nice restaurant in a remote town of Houlton, it is comparable to much fancier, pricier restaurants of a metropolitan.
Good food, good service, reasonable price.
Vault is not just a name, you can literally sit and dine inside a vault. That is an exprience in itself.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRalph And Miriam That Run The Vault Restaurant Are Super Hosts. I have never had anything but a first class meal, great friendly service, super music and atmosphere. Other diners there have always been equally happy and the room is full of good times and happy chatter. Experience The Vault yourself and be very satisfied. The meat is cooked to perfection the way you like it. I'm getting hungry thinking about those steamed veggies, delectable desserts and main courses. Always hard to decide what to order as it is all superb! Houlton is lucky to have The Vault Restaurant here!
