    This was the first time I brought my laptop into any computer shop and I expected a mechanic-like experience. You know..give your piece of equipment to a shop, and get some astronomical pricetag. Not here. They gave a me a quote of $85 to fix my startup problem. I said ok - they fixed it. I got it back later that day. Definitely pleasantly surprised.

    Just felt compelled to say how happy I was with their service. True professionals who cared enough to follow up with a "How is everything" phone call after setting up my home network. A true pleasure.

    Got their free diagnostic, quick quote, and fast and affordable repair. My Dell laptop was able to start up again and worked flawlessly after new York Computer Help repaired it. Friendly service...and did I mention affordable.
