User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsShelby seems like a nice person, BUT, He does not produce what he promises. 6 (six ) month and He hasn't finish shipping the parts to our scooter. My advise is don't deal with him and never pay him before you get what you ordered.

shelby was my thanksgiving angel: I pressed all the wrong numbers on the computerand wound up buying a big expessive wheel chair I couldn't effort. SHELBY CAME TO MY RESCUE. He got my order cancelled. Called me at home to tell me everything was alright. HE ALSO SOLD ME A BRAND NEW SCOOTER BELOW PRICE. I AM SO EXCITED ///// THANK YOU SHELBY YOU ARE MY ANGEL. I AM DISABLED WITH EMPHYSEMA. AND CANNOT WALK FAR.NOW I WILL BE ABLE TO GO OUTSIDE I WOULD NEVER HAVE THIS IF IT WASN'T FOR SHELBY THANKS AGAIN/////// HAPPY HOLIDAY.

SO VERY helpful!: Not only do they offer great prices but the staff is EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. After seeing us only once when we bought a $2 item, Shelby, who remembered us from a year ago has taken time to answer MANY questions regarding my handicapped mother-in law's move. I STONGLY reccomend them!
