User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI called to order a sympathy arrangement. Jean was extremely nice. She took time to ask questions about who the arrangment was for, their hobbies, likes, and such. Then she made several suggestions. Jean even offered to email a picture of the flowers to me because I live out of town. We drove in to attend the memorial and the arrangement was beautiful. You will be very pleased with the service, price, and the product!!

I called her shop, last minute and not sure of etiquette for the situation at hand. I needed flowers delivered for a funeral and she helped me every step of the way. As I had not had to send flowers in the past and not exactly sure what to do, she was more than willing to help. Ms. Terpack even emailed me a picture of the flowers that she sent. I have never experienced service like that before. Excellent service and I would recommend her shop. In addition to the excellent service, the prices were reasonable. Thank Ms. Terpack and The Bloom Closet.
