Professional, Knowledgable and Trustworthy: I originally had Rodney remove the casing in my home and replace it with more up to date moulding. Since websites can be deceiving I took a gamble by having him take on a very time consuming and detail oriented project. After speaking with Rodney, however, and seeing the final outcome, I was completely satisfied. There is no other way to describe it but to say that Rodney is a perfectionist. If you are looking for a high quality job from an expert in the business, you've come to the right place. Rodney knows home improvement inside and out. I also had Rodney perform several other odd jobs such as caulking my bathtub and repairing a couple of doors. I was equally pleased with the results of these jobs but most impressed by Rodney's willingness to go the extra step for the customer. While caulking my tub for example, Rodney noticed several cracks in the tile that he filled at no additional cost. He then went on to explain that the holes in the tub could cause water to leak into the back wall, which could cause problems down the road. I had never noticed this until he brought it to my attention. This is not to say that Rodney gives his work away for free, rather he'll go out of his way knowing that these small things will add up to loyalty and future business down that road. Quality Service: While looking online for a company to do repairs around our house, I came across Rowan Construction. After reading the great reviews about his workmanship, we scheduled Rodney to do the repairs. We were not disappointed. He repaired the sheetrock in our ceiling seamlessly, he custom installed the bricks perfectly on our worn and broken threshold. He repaired our fence, and did a quality job. He also re-caulked and bleached our master shower, along with re-caulking our kitchen backsplash - it all looks great. He always let us know the time frame he would be working in, and cleaned up thoroughly after each job. He's honest and has a great attitude and work ethic. We will definitely use him again.

Rowan Construction is first-rate: Rodney did an excellent job replacing some wood on the exterior of our house.

My wife and I recently moved to Dallas and we have very little knowledge of who is trustworthy and who is not when it comes to local contractors and service providers. With our numerous improvement projects since moving into our house, Rodney Rowan is the most trustworthy and professional person we have dealt with.
