User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsOverall they have good service, however their online banking is low quality.
Their online banking site was created sometime around 1998, and has options on it that are no longer functional (for example they have a scheduled transfer option) Imagine your surprise when you schedule a transfer and it never transfers! I contacted them about this and they don't seem to be especially concerned with removing it, despite the fact that it could cause overdrafts, late payments, etc etc.
The other negative thing about their online banking is that their BillPay is through a third party, good luck fixing any kind of problems that arise, Ephrata National Bank will tell you they can't help.
