roxyhurleygirlie you need some therapy. Why wait in line at the nasty Uptown post office where none of the shipping is insured and the lines are God awful. This store has avery pleasant staff and my UPS shipments make it on time 95% of the time. They play disco music every Friday!!!

    Great customer support.
Less waiting time than US postal.
They are really customer care oriented!

Better off going to local post office!: This UPS store is ridiculous in charging more for services I can get at the local post office for waaay less! I just bought a book of stams and got charged $9.50 when on the book it said $7.80. What is the extra $1.70 for- their profit???? And also I shipped out a package for USPS flat rate priority which is usually $4.99 at the post, guess how much they charged me for? They charged me $6.10! What is up with their higher prices? Seriously, I think I would rather walk 4 blocks to the post office than go here again.

Ummm, yes, that extra $1.70 is for their profit. Duh. The UPS store is a BUSINESS after all. They do not exist for your pleasure, they exist to make a profit LIKE ALL BUSINESSES DO. You pay extra for the added convenience of a store near your without all the stupidty that you have to deal with at the post office.
