User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI'm a new resident of Alliance and we LOVE the food at this restaurant. The "create your own pasta" is so much fun --and you can't go wrong with any combo!
Despite the Awesome Food, we've decided to usually do take-out because the service is SO SLOW. that's why it's only 4 stars instead of 5.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI travelled up to Nebraska last week for a meeting. After checking in to the motel I asked the front desk clerk where I could get a good steak. She pointed me to the Fireside Grille and I found the best ribeye I have had in years. Intimate, casual atmosphere and great microbrews. I look forward to my next trip to Alliance!

WOW -- I travel a lot and had the opportunity to have lunch at the Grille. Quite honestly, it was the best darn soup I have ever had - no kidding. It was something like a tomato base with fetta cheese.
What I understand is the Chef learned her talent out east and has returned to family grounds in Alliance. Prices are very reasonable. Alliance NE - count yourself lucky.
