    Jacques is absolutely thorough and professional. He was very knowledgeable and was very willing to explain what he was doing every step of the way. He spent nearly seven hours going over every single inch of the home from the inside to the outside. His report is extremely detailed and provided excellent suggestions as to how the house can be improved. I highly recommend Jacques' services.

    Jacques with Potomac Homes provided an outstanding home inspection service for my recent townhouse purchase. His skills, background, and professionalism reflected in an amazing home inspection report of a very hight quality with a lot of pictures, comments, and details. He used all sorts of different special equipment to inspect various aspects of the home's conditions. Not inly he provided the inspection services, but also explained how to maintain different components installed in the townhouse and provided valuable recommendations. I would definetely recommend his services to others, as it really worths the money you'll pay.

    Home Inspection is one of the critical and very important task with Home purchase process. We were shopping for a right person to inspect our first Home. With a reference from our lender we were lucky to have Mr Jacques Sirvain as our Home inspector. He is flexible with appointment schedule. We ordered thorough home inspection including full interior infrared scan and Radon gas measurement test.
    He's experienced and very knowledgeable in Home inspection area. During inspection Mr Jacques also provided useful advice for home maintenance.

    Overall we're completely satisfied with his work and professionalism, would recommend for anyone looking for a good Home inspector.
