Beware! $20 for parking ... and they park three plus cars deep. Their response when I confronter them about this, "Well, you'll just have to wait". For $20, which is ridiculous to begin with, my spot should have been exclusive! I will never use this company for any venues in the future! Beware the ridiculous antics these crooks pull!
I was here about ten years ago for a concert and didn't remember much from the place so when we were in Chicago for the weekend we decided to waste some time and go to a Wolves game. The Arena is very easy to get to from the many hotels in the area. Parking was very high compared to other AHL cities at $11. The tickets however were not too bad they ranged from $11-$50. Beware though if you buy any tickets in the upper level! the sight lines are very poor, for instance if you are sitting at the end of the arena you will not be able to see the goal. Because of this we moved to the side and found that we could not see the near side very well. The concession prices are overpriced, but many arenas are so I was not too surprised. There never seemed to be a line for the bathrooms which is a big plus. However what got me about this place was the odd concourses. They were very narrow and in some places poorly lit. If you buy tickets to the upper level ends be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs and be prepared to get lost a few times. The hall ways will make you think your going into an area your not supposed to be in but don't worry that is the right way :) Overall, the building looks nice and new from the outside, but the the inside tells a completely different story. If you want an adventure well in Chicago head on over to the Allstate Arena.
