Vision's Hair Studio

First off, I look to reviews to choose the best product and/or service. Now about this review; it is not from my own personal experience but from a good friend of mine who is now traumatize from this Visions Hair Studio. My friend hair is in its natural state: long, thick, and 3c/4a curl pattern. It would take a longer process to do it, but it can be done by so called professionals. Well, the beautician complained about her hair. Told her she needs to get it trim b/c it's uneven(when you wear hair curly, typically is). They pulled and tugged on her hair. Then they talked negatively about her and her hair in Spanish. Not knowing she was fluent in the language. In the end, her hair was semi-straight, and had to be curled when she got home. And since then, she forbids anyone to go to ANY Dominican Salon. I have a 3c/4a curl pattern in its natural state as well, and I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect to my hair. I am from NY and have been to many Dominican Salons and their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would NEVER patronage this salon EVER!

I just recently started going to Vision's and at first I was seeing Ester. But just last week I found out they are now open on Monday's and I now go to Kendry. Great Job ladies. And thank you for the great service
