User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur new pound puppy had an accident on a rug we had bought in Nepal It was a truly special rug that we had chosen the design for and it was part of a set of runners. I tried to clean it, but ended up with a huge, brown stain and the fibers dried up from all the scrubbing. I called Passion of Persia in desperation. Today Manuchair Bastanti of Passion of Persia brought my rugs back and all I can say is WOW! The huge brown stain is gone and the rug is softer than it has ever been. I had all the runners done and a silk rug as well and they all look fabulous. I also had Manuchair, who is a master weaver, do some repairs on some Navajo rugs and saddle blankets. Those rugs aren't back yet, so stay tuned for that review, but the saddle blankets are back and they look amazing. I bought these blankets at auction. They were stained, dirty and falling apart. Now they are remarkably clean, soft and completely repaired. It took me a long time to even be able to tell where the repairs were!! Now they are ready to hang on the wall. I am so pleased and impressed. Manuchair and his company did a fabulous job and it is wonderful to meet someone who is so passionate about his work. I highly recommend him.

P of P did a wonderful job w/my Afghani Rug. the rug came out clean (i have 2 small kids= a 2 year old and a 3 year old) after several crusty stains including milk. not only was it clean but it was even softer and silkier than before. they took great care of my persian rug and Mani was also a very personable gentleman. thank u!
