User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThis is my first taste of North Carolina BBcue. I am a midwesterner used to the whole sloppy sauce coated BBque. I thought it was wonderful, the meat is a little dry but had a great flavor. I cant say I am into the sauce just yet but the Slaw was VERY good!! Afforable and they dont lie this place is BUSY!! Get there early and prepare to wait. Its worth it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love B's bbq. Everytime I visit Greenville I make it a point to eat at B's. They have best bbq around. Altho it tears my stomach up for about a day or so, I continue to go there. That good.

Seriously, Melissa must have gone to the wrong place. I go to B's Barbecue to buy the sauce alone, which is GREAT. I graduated from ECU in 2004 and I have lived outside of NC since. I make specific trips to Greenville for this Barbecue. If you go in the mornings at about 6 a.m. you can put in an order for a slab of ribs (with the guy that is making them in the back). Then you come back around 11 a.m. to pick them up and pay. For $12 you get enough ribs to feed 20 people. Don't think that you can come at 8 or 9 in the morning to do this. They will be gone. They also don't sell the ribs ... so this is the only way you can get them. Arrive early for a meal because they do run out of food. They are that in demand. All in all, this place is amazing.
