This is the place you need to go when you need your dream dress made. She is wonderful at what she does! I could not believe the other dresses she had there either, they were gorgeous.
I was definitely pleased with the service I received and the work that was done and I most definitely WILL be coming back the next time I need anything done.
I had to have my dress re-altered even though I had given her a month to do it. The seams did not match and there was a hole with the zipper. Plus it didn't fit.
I ordered a dress from here in Nov. My husband is military and we are stationed in Okinawa Japan. I sent her my measurements and a picture via e-mail. When I got the dress it was what I wanted and beautiful. It was a little small in the bust but I was able to pin the dress to my bra and all was well. I can't imagine the results people will get if you see her in person. The dress was right on everywhere else and she never saw me face to face. I give her an a+++. Shipping was cheap and the dress was a great price. I will use her again!!! Stacy

I can not recall if you tried your dress on before leaving my shop but should have, and If you had a complaint you should have returned with the dress. Anything wrong would have been corrected for no charge. I always make sure my customers are satisfied with their gowns when I work with them. I'm sorry you were unsatisfied and not willing to let me correct problems, if any, for you for no charge in a few days.
I agree, Ms Pam would have fixed anything right away. You should have brought it back instead of taking it somewhere else and giving her a bad review and spending more money.
