    We rented a luxury van from your company from July 31st - August 4th 2009.

    When I was calling around looking for a van and stumbled upon Maureen I thought that I had hit the lottery because she was so incredibly pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

    When we arrived to pick up the car we were greeted by Herb who was also wonderful.

    I am a Vice President for nursing in a Community hospital in Brooklyn so I live the challenges of making sure that we provide great customer service and live and breathe "Service Excellence".

    I have to tell you that Maureen and Herb are glowing examples of customer service at it's absolute best!!!!!


    Whenever either I or one of my friends is in the need of a van or car rental IMAGE rent-a-car will be who I recommend.

    Please pass along my family's sincerest and heartfelt appreciation to both Maureen and Herb!!!!!

    The Service and vehicles along with fair rates is the core of every buisness especially in this market economy.

    We had good experiance with all of the above with Image Van Rentals.

    We regularly rent 15 passenger vans from image rent a car from the JFK airport location and uniondale long island location and always the service is excellent the vans are new and clean and the avg rate is 135 per day.

    we normally deal with Pat or Clive but josh jose jessica and april are all good and polite employees
