   MoreWe only teach adults and we are a no contract school. We believe if a school really thinks their training is great, then why do they need to have students sign a training contract? We only provide 2 group classes a week, so adults have balance in their lives, however if you're able to do more, we can prescribe home workouts for you. Our goal is to create street proficient adults quickly, with the focus on building speed. Students can actually achieve that faster by focusing on home workouts versus classroom workouts! Our workout format includes punching, kicking, UFC fouls, dirty fighting, and combatives. Private lessons are also available. Unlike many schools, we limit the number of students we teach, and there's a waiting list to join us. The average wait time, before we can consider which candidate on the waiting list is the next best fit for us, is about 6 months. Less
