Big O Tires

I had a nail in my tire. A kid from the shop pulled the nail out in the store parking lot, then let all the air out of the tire, later I saw someone driving the car on the flat into the garage. That was not good for the tire or the balance. After the repair it was out of balance.

I spoke with someone who's wheel almost fell off as he drove down the street away from the store. The wheel only had one loose lug nut holding on when he stopped, the others were gone. His conclusion is this store hires people that don't know the job and doesn't train them well.

Wow what great service. Had a BMW with tire issue's from the factory tire's.Talked to the owner and he help me find some great tire's,They Also gave me good advise.Very helpful,and freindly staff.Staff is allways have gone the extra mile to " get the job done right the frist time" Go see the " BIG O " GUY's & GAL'S..BIG O of E.D.H.,CA, have a five star dealership & it's awsome to have them here..

Slow service, they treat you like you don't know anything about tires and then overcharge you all the nickel and dime things the other places don't.
I would highly recommend you use Costco or Sam's Club for much better prices and service on tires. And in this economy, it's great to get savings and save time on your other purchases while you're getting tires replaced or fixed. The Big O Tires brand tires I've seen family buy don't last and they're warranty is worthless.
