User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI recently ordered 4 Spaetzel Makers from this company as gifts for friends. When the 3 Spaetzel makers arrived (the fourth one was on back order) to my home address and I opened the box, to find one of three not packaged in it's original package. Instead it was wrapped in Saran Wrap, and was "dented" in several areas.
I telephoned the owner/seller to explain that I was somewhat disappointed with one of the "Spaetzel Makers." My first impression lead me to think that perhaps the items was used since it was also dented.
Well, the owner/seller went off on me, she began to raise her voice, yelling into the phone, called me "crazy" told me there was nothing wrong with the Spaetzel maker. She said, she does not send out used items. She said, when she bought the Spaetzel maker it was wrapped in saran wrap, that she personally purchased it when she was in Hungary. I attempted to further explain that the item was "DENTED" that I would be returning the item.
She yelled, "NO!" do not send the item back there is nothing wrong with it, than continued to go off about the item not being used. Needless to say she continued yelling. I attempted to interject with my response when she hung up on me.
Since my telephone interaction with the owner/seller, I have sent her an email with pictures of the damaged spaetzel maker. Originally, I was willing keep the two good spaetzel makers and return only the damage one. But after dealing with this rude and unproffessional woman, I have choosen to return all three and request a full refund.
The owner/seller did repond to my email, stating she would that she will NOT refund me, "why should she?" in her words the item was not used or damaged.
The items are being returned, the outcome is yet to be determined. Lesson learned, check all reviews before ordering from any company, especially this one. Wished I had!

I wish I would have check out your review prior to ordering items from this company. The owner/seller is extremely rude and a very angry woman, I too will never do business there ever again.

The store is open 6 days a week . It's not easy to run 2 stores . I do not think I'm rude . Some customer have so many questions about my private life . Just think about that why I opened Hungarian store in Los Angeles and Las Vegas too !!! If you have a problem with of course you are not coming back . Owner .

i know. We went to the store.. and this woman was yelling us out of her own store!! i could not believe it! It's too bad, because they have some great stuff there, but i have my family from Europe mail me those things instead..
I refund the money of the 3 Spaetzle Maker to that Lady who told me one was used . That's not true . I already sold those out . I'm glad I could sell those to somebody else . I never yelled to my customer without any reason ! Owner of Budapest Market .
That Lady who ordered the Spaetzle maker gave me wrong shipping address . How come somebody does not know where she lives ? She had only one problem , one was in different package . I'm sorry I bought it like that in Hungary . I did not do anything wrong . She got her money back . I never sell used items . Owner .
