    For 6 months I was looking for a home and refused to sign with one realtor. Rhonda showed me one house and then we asked her to show us another house that we liked. We'd just about given up because of our price range but after that, she sent us some homes and knew exactly what we wanted. She really listened to us and didn't try to get us to buy something that we couldn't afford. She was very knowledgeable and we are very happy with her service and will recommend her to family and friends and anyone else that we know!

    Glad that i looked at reviews of some companies before i just went with just anyone. i have to agree with Rhonda being an excellent negotiator. (she was alot of fun too!)Knows what she's doing and is very confident. She saw what our style was and took it from there. I was with another realtor for several months but Rhonda nailed it! I'd definately good back! She also helped with my moving expenses!

    Excellent negotiator! I got what I wanted and MORE! I was actually shocked and thought that we were asking the seller for too much but Rhonda did an awesome job.
