   Glad that i looked at reviews of some companies before i just went with just anyone. i have to agree with Rhonda being an excellent negotiator. (she was alot of fun too!)Knows what she's doing and is very confident. She saw what our style was and took it from there. I was with another realtor for several months but Rhonda nailed it! I'd definately good back! She also helped with my moving expenses!

   Excellent negotiator! I got what I wanted and MORE! I was actually shocked and thought that we were asking the seller for too much but Rhonda did an awesome job.

   awesome!: rhonda went above and beyond my expectations of what a realtor should do for a client. i have nothing but praise for rhonda as she always made me feel that my search for a home was a priority. i have already recommended her to friends and coworkers and i am confident that i will use her again when i look for my next home. thank you, rhonda! my little family and i are thankful for your dedication and devotion to us. :)
