    I have practiced all over the country for the last 9 years. If you really want to experience the benefits of yoga, get an instructor with the most years experience. Jill and Lea are the best I have found in Fort Wayne. I would also recommend that where ever you go seek out a studio that solely teaches yoga. 4000 years of trial and error have developed a truly effective exercise system for mind and body.

    after trying several other yoga studios in the area, this one is the 'real deal!' jill's knowledge, skill and excellent teaching make her classes highly effective, enlightening, and FUN! she also has worked to bring a wide variety of classes for all.
    i not only would recommend yin thai whole-heartedly, i would say it is the best yoga studio around. A+

    p.s. i should also mention thai massage - there's nothing like it! it's wonderful!!

    Fantastic class! Great for beginers or fat people! after 3 classes I can scratch my ear with my big toe!!...my inner ear!
