| About: | Chef Karen Melanie, who studied at the French Culinary Institute, has relocated her New York Bistro to the White Mountains, and has a unique talent for fine dining preparation. The appetizers are wonderful - try a French Onion and Bacon Tart with flaky pastry, or caramelized onions and bacon with a touch of savory custard.
