It doesn't matter what you attempt to do for them, whether going to buy clothes, hair cut or restaurants. They aren't satified. This Hair Cuttery does a good job and for the money it is a good deal. If you are only paying $15.00 bucks what do you expect? This isn't a "Professional Salon". I wouldn't hold "Never Again" personal opinion to hold much water. The stylists are nice and do a decent job for the money.

Do not take your teenage daughters here. I went there myself several times, and was happy with the hair cut. But the two times I took my daughter, they messed up her hair. Plus, after my daughter was balling her eyes out, they still expected full payment plus tip?!!?!? What is that! Parents: Beware of taking your teenage daughters here, because the parents are the ones that will have to deal with the bad hair cut more than these hair stylists. The staff was nice, but very inexperienced.
