Dolce Novita

I loved the food and the atmosphere. It was small and intimate. The night I ate there they had live music and it was very romantic. I certainly enjoyed the evening.

My husband & I were returning from NYC our dinner plans having fallen through. We had to pass Dolce Novita on the way home & we'd always wanted to try it. Although we were very casually dressed we were warmly greeted & immediately seated. We were pleased by the simple elegant atmosphere and attentive service. It was late afternoon on Sunday and restaurant was quiet except for 2 private parties. We were thrilled by the food. The skirt steak and filet mignon were done exactly right; the sides, dessert, coffee and wine were delicious. The bill wasn't a shock and worth every penny (came to about $70 for 2 including wine,2 beers and dessert, excluding tip.) We talked about that lovely dinner for days and will certainly go again and recommend to friends.
