Even after hours I had to pickup medicine and Mr Ben helped me.

To Ben and your wonderful staff. I am so happy I have left the major drug stores, such as Pathmark, Shoprite, and the utterly dreadful RiteAid (Wharton). I used to use them all, they are all the same. I would call Riteaid - 2 -3 days prior to picking up my refill, and they would not have them ready. I would have to wait 30 minutes only to receive half of my Rx. I gave them another chance ant tried to fill a painkiller for my husband after back surgery and was told I could not get the meds till the next day. That day, over 2 years ago, I took my Rx from Riteaid and came across your pharmacy Ben, and I have never looked back. You filled that prescription within 10 minutes. The way you care about each and everyone of your clients is absolutely amazing. I feel that I am not just an Rx number, but I am a friend. If you don't have enough pills, you always apologize and offer to bring them to me. If a co-pay is very expensive, you apologize, and I know it's not your fault, but your compassion is truly appreciated. I am so happy you decided to set up shop in our town. I, for one, truly appreciate your professionalism. I have every single one of my friends and family members using Jefferson Pharmacy now, and they are glad they have all switched too.
