    I needed to feed a large group of hungry people quickly. Baja Fresh in East Hanover came through! The staff was very helpful and prepared the platters quickly, in less than thirty minutes. And, the food was fresh, tasty, and affordable.

    I tried their 2 lb burrito, dos manos (random thought... dos manos in spanish means 2 hands and it literally takes 2 hands). OMG... I couldn't finish it. It's kind of weird - unlike those gigantic steak contests where the food gets dry, boring, and tasteless; they made the food to have different "flavors" as you eat. So the first bite and the last bite definetely taste different. Good thing I didn't order enchilada style.. or I wouldn't of even gotten through 1/2 way. But maybe if I starve myself I can get through it... next time I'll try it.

    The nacho burrito is absolutely wonderful. Great blend of ingredients and just the right amount of spicy. I was definitely surprised by how good it was for a chain restaurant. The salsas are also pretty decent too!
