    Worst experience at a PF Chang to date. I have had wonderful experiences with PF Chang's in Columbia, MD and Austin, TX. When calling to make a reservation with the PF Chang's in Ft Worth, TX I ran across two rude employee's while trying to make a reservation. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I got to a manager. I was told I needed to speak to a manager because PF Chang's does not allow children after 6PM. This was shocking and I asked the manager about it. He stated that they do allow children, but because I was a party of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant, they could not make a reservation for us.

    My mother who I was making the reservation for called back and made a reservation for 4. She did not mention the children. When we got there we were asked to leave. We argued and explained that there would be bad publicity for this. The manager than sat us and we ordered. The food was horrible, the wait was 15 minutes before we received our drinks, another 30 before we got our app and another 45 beyond that before our meal came. The meals were cold and felt overcooked or dried.

    I will not eat at another PF Chang or tell any good about it.

    I have worked at PF Changs for five years. This is ridiculous. Kids are allowed, and welcomed. Which location did you visit? This is bad to post on here, when it is not true. I have worked in four stores...and never heard of such a thing!

    you MUST try the lettuce wraps and the crab wontons.

    I cannot tell you how great everythign else is as well! All the main courses I've tried have been excellent, and the Banana Spring rolls (with coconut ice cream and blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and caramel sauce) is to DIE for.

    A++

    This is my favorite restaurant in town. Anyone thinking of going should absolutely try the lettuce wraps. They are great!

    The food is amazing. It is a far cry from the greasy spoon Chinese shops found in strip malls all over the world. The food seems like it is prepared by a master chef.

    However, on a negative note. The service is hit and miss. I have been when my service was impeccable and I have been when the service is very poor. I went on a Saturday afternoon and ordered an appetizer as a meal and was given no attention. The waiter made TWO trips to my table. Other times, the servers have gotten sassy with me. As I said: very hit and miss.

    I would definitely recommend it if you are intersted in a loud, large group atmosphere: IE...dinner with girlfriends or a birthday party. If you want a quiet, romantic evening, order your food to go and go to a park.
