I for one disagree with all the bad reviews that TOTAL CARE has recieved.. I took my 5 month old there the other day and they were pretty busy but got me back in a room very quickly! Every employee i came in contact with was extremely polite and courtious.. Esp. the front desk ladies.. Dr. Ragland was also very sweet! SHe took time to listen and for the record all these Dr.s care about every single patient that steps through the doors, I witnessed this. The sad thing is the only people taking time to write on this is the ppl that didnt have the greatest expeirence in the world. But to clear the name of TOTAL CARE they are great!!! there should be more places like them, You cant please them all!

All I can say good is the extended hours, it's clean, and they are in good area.

But that is short lived cause they won't see you unless you pay and they want you to come in and pay no matter how many times that day or week you have already been there. They misdiagnois people all day long. I haven't seen dr. R in a long time. dr. W is nice but he is always in a hurry.

I like dr r. but his employees are ruining his practice. sadly he'll never know why he is losing patients. Not a good practice in my opinion. They will nickel & dime you to death. Aretha & Renee hang up on you if you say anything they don't like. They just don't seem to be worried about the word of mouth and the way they are coming across.

When they first opened they cared about patients. Over the last 3 years they only care about money. They will tell you to keep coming back over & over for no reason (follow ups) only to charge you more and more money. That is all they care about. Final straw, I had an allergic reaction to meds called them after 2 previous wrong diagnosis visits and they told me to come in again and pay again. I said that is unacceptable. I've paid 2 times, my son has paid 2 times and my son ended up in the ER with something they should have caught. They wasted money by prescribing things that we should never have taken in the first place. A bunch of PA's and the doctors just don't care.

They do not follow up and only take, take take. Avoid this one if you want REAL care. They refuse to give it. I am thinking quite possibly seeking an attorney for negligence. They are very awful in my opnion based on a family of 4 over 3 years of use.

In my opinion they do not care about the patients ONLY MONEY! Even when you pay I firmly believe they keep you sick so your forced to come back and pay even more. I've been multiple times in the last few weeks and still sicker than sick. They refused to help me with an allergic reaction unless I paid again! Very poor behavior and the reps on the phone just say pay pay pay. They will over bill your insurance also. Since when does one office visit cost 338$???? That is what I was charged on my last visit without labs or anything else.

Total care should change their name to TOTAL RIP OFF, then at least it wouldn't be a wolf in sheep's clothing.

They opened a new office in Crowley near 1187 & Fm 731 behind a bank across from grocery store. They are just as bad. I tried them as well for a better opinion and guess what- same issues!
