User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe food was great. But the customer service was the worst I have ever seen. I asked if they still took the press pass and the girl argued with me saying they never took the press pass. I have receipts showing that they did. But she stood there and argued with me. When I talked to the manager he told me he didn't need my business and sided with the employee. Like I said the food was great. But they have to work on their people skills.

Our family has been visiting Tex's Star Grill for several years now. We have turned into regulars. Typically we eat there at least two times per week! Any of the food on the menu is wonderful! We especially like the Hamburgers and Chicken Fingers...Their Onion Rings and Deep Fried Mushrooms are very good also! Two other things that really make Tex's awesome is how incredibly clean the restaurant is. But the most important thing is the owner "George"...He always greets us and has a smile on his face... You can tell he is proud of his restaurant!!! If your in the North Richland Hills or Watauga area, stop by and have a great meal at Tex's Star Grill...

wow! im sorry but dont these reviews seem a bit fake? 3 people gave it 5 stars? thats amazing.. i have been there and its okay. just...okay. the reviews here seem just very very fake. i suggest next time being more real with your statements. it sounded like a commercial.

hey DE, i eat there all the time. the service is top notch -- bar none, the food is excellent, did you ever stop to think you're the problem? :)
No I am not the problem. I use to eat there all the time too. The service use to be top notch. The food was great. I just don't believe a employee should talk to their customers like they haven't a clue. It wasn't the food that was the problem any way. It was her mouth. I was right and she had no idea what she was talking about. She just kept a mouthing off to me. If you read my comment it showes that I liked the food. But they did take the press pass up until a couple of months ago. She just couldn't and won't listen to me. So if you don't know me how can you say I am the problem. I'm usually a nice person. I pay for meals for people behind me in line at the drive through all the time. You just have no idea who I am. I worked in restuartants and cafeteria's all my life. I know how to treat people.
