Dry Cleaning Super Center

We WON'T go back: NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have been dealing with this laundry for many months, paying when we picked up our clothes, as is the usual practice. The staff were courteous and efficient; the quality of work was good. BUT, the last time we stopped there to pick up our clothes, the owner was present. He sent a staffer to tell us that we would have to PRE-PAY in the future. My husband asked to speak with the owner, but the owner refused. A dry cleaning/laundry place already has our clothes for collateral. If they expect us to pay them in advance too, they're delusional.

Avoid: My clothing was returned with stains it didn't have when it went in. Service was fast, staff was tolerable but not very helpful.

DryCleaning Super Center - Horrible Experience: I dropped off my pants to be hemmed at the DCSC on MacArthur Blvd in Irving, Texas. They were returned with one leg longer than the other. When I asked the Manager to redo the work, he wanted to charge me additional money because he said that I did not specify that I wanted them the same length! Clothes that were dry cleaned were returned with more stains than when I dropped them off. We tried another location on Garland Road in Dallas, Texas and they were equally horrible; probably the same rude owner. They cleaned a comforter and completely changed the color from red to pink. Its almost as if they had dropped it in hot water. They tried to cover it up by enclosing it in a plastic bag (as if I wouldn't notice). The Managers are rude. If you value any clothes or personal items - AVOID DryCleaning Super Centers at ALL COSTS. Its better to pay a bit more and get your clothes and personal items returned to you in good shape - rather than save a few cents and be totally disappointed. DCSC YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED at how you treat your customers. I'm going to tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY!
